What counts as one takeoff?
One takeoff is one processed submission of up to 30 drawing sheets, producing one Excel workbook and one PDF extract. Re-running the same job after you change inputs on your side counts as a new takeoff.
Who handles billing?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax/VAT, and appears on your statement.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do unused takeoffs roll over?
Included monthly takeoffs reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up takeoffs you purchase remain available on your account until used.
